If this sounds like you, then read on. CACI is hunting for a Director of Capture Management to lead major capture efforts (especially those greater than $100M) to successful completion. As a member of the Corporate Strategic Capture team, you will partner cross-functionally within CACI in pursuit of business with NGA, CIA, NRO, NSA and other military intelligence customers. You will be based in Annapolis Junction, MD and may travel occasionally to other CACI offices or customer sites.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a visible strategic leader in the organization, you will lead Capture efforts from strategy through execution
Capture new business efforts with potential revenues of over $100M. In doing so, you will direct the development of capture strategies, marketing philosophies and allocation of resources.
Develop the overall capture strategy, internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing
Orchestrate win strategy development including acquisition, technical/management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc.
Design, maintain and execute formal capture plans and monitor competitor activity
Gather intelligence on the needs of your customer and capabilities of your competitors.
Leverage customer relationships and personal experience to identify and assess potential opportunities for CACI that will result in measurable revenue growth.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or one of the Sciences, or equivalent
15+ years of experience in successfully leading the capture of Intelligence Systems, Solutions and Services markets for the IC
Knowledge of and strong contacts within the Intelligence Systems, Solutions and Services systems integrator and professional services community to facilitate the development of strategic teaming relationships
Active TS clearance with SCI.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
TS/SCI with CI or FS Polygraph
Experience Capturing deals requiring IC product development
Experience with SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, etc. including detection, analysis and countermeasures
Previous P&L experience
