CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services.
CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

Provides support in the areas of budget, billing, reporting, and financial management for IT initiatives.
Analyzes an organization's performance and capabilities in areas such as order management, credit, invoicing and dispute management.
Works with customers to define and implement process, technology, and organizational improvements.
Supports the definition of government financial business practices and incorporate processes into an automated solution.
Assists in applying sound accounting and data processing principles.
Integrates government financial business practices.
Identifies potential problems and solutions through analysis and recommends solutions.
Works with customers and applies best practices to effectively automate requirements.
Applies applications, while adhering to established accounting principles and practices.
Under very general supervision, develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for an assigned portion of a program. Conducts program plan studies. Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements. Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data.

Provides financial support and general business expertise to various assigned projects/programs.
Supports programs strategic decision making with financial analytics.
Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements and conducts program plan studies.

Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Prepares briefings, documentation and reports for business or financial case reports by project.
Produces tables and charts that correctly reflect analysis for presentation.
Forecasts and tracks financial results throughout the year to meet budget projections.
Organizes budget templates and data in a clear and intuitive manner.
Links budget requests to specific assigned project programmatic strategies.
Maintains and improves tools for accurate financial forecast projections.
Works with staff to support the development, update, and monitoring of new and existing business plans for submission to clients.
May create financial models to support business planning exercises.
Helps identify financial or operating risks associated with the business plan.
Provides project summary status reports to management as required or requested.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Contract requires the candidate to possess an Associate's Degree or higher and/or 5-15 YRS of experience ( Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related - (technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development, and/or government project administration) experience)
Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
