As a recognized company authority, formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Establishes procedures to solve complex problems regarding system equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and output. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents newly written programs. Performs at an advanced technical level and has complete understanding of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities. Directs, provides guidance, and monitors the performance of less experienced analyst/programmers. Responsible for quality assurance review of assigned project.
Serves as a Senior TRIRIGA Application Developer, possessing in-depth knowledge of the full life cycle development of the TRIRIGA platform from requirement analysis through design, configuration, testing, integration and implementation.

Successful candidates will provide technical expertise in the design and configuration of the TRIRIGA 10 application. Resources must have proven experience in working with most areas of TRIRIGA's platform tools to include Form Builder, Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Association Manager, Portal Builder, Navigation Builder and State Family Manager in the effective configuration and customization of this enterprise software. They will also work on other building operations related activities providing non-automated data loads and maintenance, quality assurance/data integrity, end user support, help desk and training, application security, and report distribution.
Knowledge of the following business areas a plus:
Facilities Management, Building Operations, and Property Management
Experience in report writer software (Business Intelligence Report Technology (BIRT))
Resource will performs a variety of tasks, work under general supervision typically reports to a project leader or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Confers with project manager and representatives of departments affected by program to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, extent of automatic programming and coding use and modification, and inclusion of internal checks and controls. Identifies and designs applications system alternatives to achieve the needs of the customer's environment. Designs and develops client applications for microcomputers; meets with clients to determine program requirements. Tests and corrects program errors by altering program steps and sequence. Analyzes, reviews, and rewrites programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Provides technical assistance to less experienced application system analyst and programmer staff and clients throughout systems development, modification and implementation. Recommends application system design approaches and revisions, which streamline programming and operation of the system. Identifies problem areas and recommends solutions and standards. Acts as a technical advisor for all levels of programming in regard to specific applications and subsystems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12 to 15 years of related experience.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
