The Multimedia Specialist provides a wide variety of multimedia services and products. These services include: interactive, standalone multimedia presentations, 2-D and 3-D modeling and animation, special effects, compositing, learning games, web design, user experience (UX) and interface design, instructional design, and application design for mobile devices.
Develops graphic art work in a variety of media to support publication requirements. Produces a variety of art work, including technical and commercial documentation support assignments, view graph and 33mm slide presentations, pamphlets, brochures, and other forms of artwork. Uses perspective, isometric, orthographic, and schematic techniques to prepare technical and non-technical illustrations and line drawings for slide presentations, view graphics, reports, brochures, etc. Produces finished art work from information furnished in oral form, rough sketches, or written data. May perform inking and paste-up. Maintains relationships with inside and outside creative resources. Works with internal graphics artists to ensure consistency in graphic artist application. Keeps up to date in latest graphics artist technology and may train other less experienced graphics artists. May provide advice and guidance to less experienced staff.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience. Specialized training in desktop publishing software and layout skills.
