Job Description:

The Technical Recruiter will be part of an industry leading Recruiting team partnering with the Enterprise Solutions and Services Business Group. The position is open to remote workers.
 
To be successful in this role, you will need to move fast and enjoy a challenge!  As a trusted recruiting advisor to your client group, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to influence hiring decisions and activities, and effectively meet the organization’s staffing needs. The Recruiter will support our Human Capital Solutions Operating Group supporting multiple programs.
 
Roles and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Recruiter will provide timely full-lifecycle recruiting delivery of qualified, diverse candidates for open requisitions as well as create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future vacancies across the program.
- Utilizes recruiting system to open and post new requisitions, qualify candidates, schedule interviews, generate offers, and move candidates through the entire recruiting process
- Uses all available sourcing channels (job boards, niche sites, LinkedIn, search engines and Boolean searches, professional associations and user groups, conferences and publications, transitioning military and diversity programs, referrals, internal talent, and/or additional recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates for open requisitions
- Continually evaluate and apply new sourcing methodologies to actively identify, cultivate, and grow target candidate pools of top talent

- Phone screens candidates, evaluating them against requisitions for experience, education, training/certifications, cultural fit, etc.
- Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, and promote effective and efficient hiring practices using consultative skills to influence all levels of internal stakeholders

- Organizes, plans, and conducts hiring events/invitationals to help drive strategic program growth
- Maintains organized reports/data surrounding recruiting activity and provides reports to management and the Line Management as needed
- Works within corporate policies/procedures and HR/Recruitment Laws, including but not limited to EEO/AA, OFCCP, and other relevant Federal/State employment/labor laws
- Engages proactively with customers, interacting with them through meetings (face-to-face, if/when possible), etc. to build and maintain strong relationships, learn and understand their business, and develop knowledge and expertise in skill sets needed by conducting thorough intake of information to effectively recruit for positions
- Represents CACI and its values in all interactions with potential internal and external candidatesBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with 2+ years of related recruiting experience

- 1+ years of demonstrated TS/SCI (Poly) Recruiting experience

- Familiarity with Government Proposal processes

- Ability to participate in and execute large-scale recruiting strategies

- Ability to travel when needed

- Proficiency using effective sourcing and research methodologies

- Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment

- General understanding of HR practices and DoL/OFCCP Federal compliance

- Prior experience with Taleo, Workday Recruiting, or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

- Well-developed assessment, negotiation, collaboration, and consultation skills

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational and analytic skills, along with an ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
