Job Description

WebCenter Content Manager
CACI is seeking an Oracle WebCenter Content Manager to assist DoD customer with an enterprise-wide WebCenter portal modernization effort. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing front-end pages utilizing native WebCenter tools in accordance with customer requirements.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and implement various WebCenter solutions based on the needs of the staff using the principles of Knowledge Management.

- Create WebCenter Components, Pages, Lists/Document Libraries, Content Types, Workflows, Views, Sites and more with native WebCenter tools.

- Plan and design Oracle WebCenter environments.

- Assist individuals in maximizing the potential of WebCenter as it relates to their job function.

- Prepare and conduct requirements gathering sessions, user testing, and user training with end users.

- Train end users on lists, libraries, pages, publishing, web parts, importing, exporting, navigation and many other WebCenter features during project deployments and with ongoing support.

 
Required Skills  
- Ability to create custom lists, document libraries, metadata, workflows and forms in either Oracle WebCenter or SharePoint

- Able to work in fast paced, results oriented environment consistently delivering high quality work.

- Team player with good communication and written skills with very good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Ability to create, modify and delete WebCenter accounts as directed and in compliance with all standard operating procedures.

-  creating and customizing Dashboard pages and Document/Record Centers.

- Experience configuring WebCenter services and settings.

- Experience in configuration of users, group and permissions.

- Able to perform security configuration, site templates/solutions and other Administrative duties.

- Experience with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) web-based language.

- Understanding of the principles of Knowledge Management.

- Experienced in designing and implementing WebCenter or SharePoint Architecture and managing site collections, sub-site hierarchies, Search, Master Pages, Audience Targeting and developing search scopes to customize search functionality.

 
Required Qualifications:
- - Must possess DoD Secret Clearance
- - Excellent problem solving skills required
- - Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, organization, research, and team-work skills required
- - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications:
- - Self-starter, able to work independently, without direct supervision;
- - Experience with Oracle WebCenter
- - Previous DoD experience
 
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related experience, including one to two years of supervisory/management experience.
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 10 to 12 years of related experience.
