Job Description

CACI serves the U.S. government to include the uniformed services, veterans, and citizens by accelerating the transformation of healthcare through the application of new healthcare strategies and technology. One of our tasks is to provide a wide range of Medical Information Delivery Support for various DoD Medical IT systems and technologies.
 
The Defense Health Agency's (DHA) mission is to provide a medically ready force to Combatant Commands in both peacetime and wartime. The DHA supports the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high quality health services to the MHS (Military Health System) beneficiaries and is responsible for driving greater integration of clinical and business processes across the MHS.
 
Our team of IT and Health Care specialists provide a wide range of Medical Information Delivery Support for various DoD Medical IT systems and technologies.

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
SCRUM MASTER
 
Position exists to gather requirements for designing and developing enterprise data reporting solutions for a warehouse database.  This team is responsible for data management and availability as well as creation and production of key metrics, measures, and reports to support customers.
 
Required Qualifications:
-Requires an active DoD Secret clearance
-5 to 7 years working as a Requirements Analyst
-3 or more years experience as SCRUM Master and/or product owner.
-5 or more years experience working in an agile/SCRUM environment.
-Expertise in collaborate with business partners to define reporting and business intelligence requirements.
-Expertise in creating business requirement and functional requirement documents.
-Experience translating the output of process mapping and user requirements to the Development Manager, Project Manager and together develop cost and timing impact of requirements.
-Ability to collaborate with technical delivery team members to maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
-Experience in developing and maintaining process documentation for existing and proposed processes.
-Experience in researching new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
  
Desired Qualifications:
-Knowledge of group facilitation and interaction skills.
-Knowledge of business process mapping and optimization skills.
-Experience with Business Intelligence tools like SAS BI, MS SSRS, or Tableau
-Knowledge of data warehouse and data mart concepts.
-Knowledge and experience with SharePoint preferred.
- Possesses a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
-Project Management certification is a plus.
