Recruiting, Senior Manager
The SWAT Recruiting Senior Manager will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for the execution and delivery of recruiting services for the Strategic Workforce Acquisition Team Center of Excellence. This key role will lead an agile team of recruiting subject matter experts who support CACI recruiting and staffing initiatives. SWAT recruiting specialists support surge recruiting activity and strategic imperatives such as early career recruiting, college recruiting and award support. This key leader will work in conjunction with the business group recruiting leads to create execution strategy geared to increase hires and drive measurable impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise wide recruiting strategies and services. Will manage and develop a team of recruiting professionals, providing leadership, planning, and project coordination, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the recruiting function is in place. Concurrently, ensures the recruiting function is aligned and integrated with the overall CACI recruiting strategies. The selected candidate will also contribute to enterprise wide recruiting strategies and activities, including the implementation of company-wide recruitment programs.
Additional responsibilities will include: ensuring hiring practices are in compliance with government laws and CACI policies and procedures; partnering with the HR to ensure the achievement of recruiting goals and human resources objectives; meeting regularly with leadership to understand the goals and objectives of the; coordinating and collaborating with recruiting colleagues to enterprise-wide recruiting programs; and reviewing and analyzing recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting efforts, making adjustments to recruiting levels as needed. The selected candidate will also oversee and support the diversity goals and objectives of the enterprise.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 12-15 years of related experience in staffing and/or human resources to include 5+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience. Requires 5+ years of experience in a leadership/supervisory role and leading recruiting initiatives
- Experience supporting federal government contracts, in-depth knowledge and experience supporting various contract types to include, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Plus) as well as non-IDIQ and IDIQ single or multiple award contracts.
- Experience recruiting and/or managing recruiters that support hiring in the cleared markets is required, requires extensive knowledge of the DoD and Intel markets.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of recruiting efforts and assist in managing recruiters.
- Computer proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications is required, as is proficiency with one or more automated recruiting systems.
