Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
-Solicits, coordinates, researches, de-conflicts, creates/registers, prioritizes, and validates multiple intelligence discipline (GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT and HUMINT) collection requirements (CR) per standing policy
-Aligns information needs to established intelligence priorities and core collection objectives.
-Contractor personnel shall maintain working knowledge on Collection Requirements Management systems as follows:
Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access), GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS), Planning Tool for Resource Integration, Synchronization and Management (PRISM), National SIGINT Requirements Process (NSRP), Intelligence Planning Tool (IPT), Collection Requirement Analysis Tool for the Enterprise (eRATE), Collection Strategy Tool (CST), Lite/CST 2.0, Analysis Space / Intelligence Space (A-SpaceII-Space), Web-Enabled Temporal Analysis System (WebTAS), Google Earth, Vovici, SAVANT, Multi-Media Messaging (M3), ISR Assessment Tool (JAT), Combined Information Data Network Exchange (CIDNE), HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOTR), Transitional OPIR Requirements System (TORS), Community On-Line Intelligence System for End Users and Managers (COLISEUM), and Unit Collections Retrieval Network (UNICORN).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree with 4-6 years of SIGINT Intelligence Analysis experience or specialized training & 4-8 years SIGINT Intelligence Analysis experience or equivalent Intelligence/academic experience.
Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly.
Due to contract requirements, as an essential job function you must be qualified and able to travel to OCONUS locations on short notice. Failure to meet such qualifications may result in termination.
Due to contract requirements you must maintain a valid United States Passport and remain qualified to travel OCONUS on short notice.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience. Must maintain active/current TS/SCI clearances.
 
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required. May spend a lot of time standing due to laboratory conditions
