Looking for high energy, innovative, go getter to advise and assist staff in the identification, preparation, deployment, and maintenance of onboarding agencies to Law Enforcement Systems (LES). This includes an understanding of the relationships between the various government body functions, working with tribal agencies, and the application of CJIS systems. Experience with the limitations and controls necessary with dealing with criminal history and other sensitive information, and the processes that will enable agencies to leverage the LES systems to effectively fight crime and ensure the public safety. It is crucial these resources are capable of understanding of the strategic vision and have the requisite experience to implement the strategic goals and objectives for LES.
Skills sought are Program and Project management support, workstation deployment process, training curriculum and development , end user training requirements; leading teams to meet milestones and deliverables including budget and criteria for selection, and developing presentations.
Experience with Criminal Justice Environment, Law Enforcement Services. (NCIC, NGI, N-DEx, NICS, CJIS Security Policy, non-criminal justice agencies, NLETS)
Understanding of and experience applying the CJIS Security Policy.
Knowledge of FBI CJIS organization and structure for each CJIS System.
Business Relationship Management experience.

- At least 5 years of experience that includes: An understanding of criminal justice agency and civil agency related onboarding and vetting processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience. DOJ MBI clearance must be obtainable.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
