Job Description

As a team leader, responsible and accountable for the implementation of the corporate government property policies and procedures at all CACI sites. Leads Government property team in responding to Government audits.
Performs complex government property administration and accounting duties requiring thorough knowledge and experience in government property administration practices. Submits recommendations to improve operations. Develops and installs property accounting systems. Supports development of automated processes to capture direct charge purchases and provide notification to Government Property staff when items are received. Able to maintain inventory control of Communications Security material (CCI) and handling of COMSEC material. Able to work as a COMSEC Custodian or COMSEC Manager. Establishes operational procedures for government property administration. Provides creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current developments in government property administration. Works with other departments to coordinate government property administration issues. Participates in planning and policy development issues. Provides regular reporting to senior management on government property administration issues. Participates in establishing short and long term government property administration objectives consistent with organizational strategy. Manages Company responses to Government property audits, to include direct interaction with Government audit personnel and liaison with internal staff and line organizations. Responsible for work leadership for lower level employees.
Typically require bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related (government property administration) experience.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
