Our team of HR professionals is growing and if you're looking for a new opportunity to partner with business leaders and make an organizational impact, consider a position with CACI. This is a senior level role for efforts requiring Strategic Planning, Human Capital/Human Performance Knowledge Management planning and execution, Organizational Effectiveness (OE), and Customer Relationship Management. Partner with senior leadership to understand desired business outcomes required at a tactical and strategic level. Work locations will include CACI offices in Washington DC and Norfolk VA as well as NAVSEA at the Washington Navy Yard.
--Be responsible for direct project execution/revenue generation, building and maintaining a client base.
--Develop and implement visions and strategies to deal with multiple, multi-dimensional strategic projects.
--Manage overall relationships with clients and team, and has frequent and direct contact with the most senior level managers and executives to provide strategy expertise and project direction.
-- Has established network and referral contacts; identify and support business opportunities with potential and existing clients.
--RESPONSIBILITIES may include overall management of project teams and development of staff.
--Apply extensive leadership knowledge used in assessing the market of clients and the alternate strategic options for them.
--Reports to the program manager for customer facing RESPONSIBILITIES.
--Directly supports Chief Strategy Officer, Senior and Executive Talent Management, Enterprise Recruiting, and Command Administration Office.
--Works closely with our management team including Project Manager, Technical Manager, staff and subcontractors to deliver high performance solutions and services.
--Implements and institutionalizes business process and performance improvement initiatives.
--Executes and delivers on contract requirements in collaboration with the program management team.
--Current Secret security clearance.
--A minimum of 10 years of professional Human Capital management experience.
--At least 15 years of professional Human Capital management experience, holds an advanced degree in related field, or is certified as a Human Capital Strategist by the Human Capital Institute (or equivalent).
--At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-wide Talent Management programs for large federal organization.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and ten to twelve years of related experience including both consulting and general industry experience with a heavy emphasis on the consulting side. Advanced business degree preferred. Recognized thought leader in a particular area of specialization. May be credentialed and published.
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
