Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced E2 Solutions travel management system analyst to provide onsite client support for the agency-wide implementation and post-implementation support efforts. The duties of the analyst will include assisting with design, configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution for the implementation and supporting production travelers, approvers, and administrators by responding to their questions and resolving their issues.  The analyst will also document travel management procedures and processes.
The successful candidate will provide support and execute tasks in the areas of analysis, testing, training, documentation, and production support.  The candidate must be a team player, be willing to do what is needed to get the job done, and have the capacity to learn and support a wide range of travel management policies, procedures, and system functionality.  The candidate must also be articulate, be passionate about helping users, and be an enthusiastic self-starter.
This is a long term assignment. This position is located in Arlington, VA and is metro accessible.
Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field and 2 to 5 years of E2 Solutions experience
1+ year of help desk support or travel system implementation experience
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional client interaction skills
Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills
Knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)
Knowledge of federal financial systems and accounting
Testing and training experience
E2 Solutions system administration experience 
Candidates must have a U.S. Government Secret clearance and be able to obtain Client-Sensitive security clearance.  

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
