Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: CACI is seeking a Lead Systems Architect with responsibility for overseeing the data architecture and design, development, administration and governance of the Master Data Management solution in healthcare industry. This is a hands-on position where the person is required to not only have an architectural vision for MDM application but also must be able to analyze, design, solve problems, implement enhancements, complete Proof of Concepts and assist in developing best practices & technical roadmaps. The Lead Systems Architect will be responsible for designing the MDM solution to include identifying, defining, matching, merging, and executing de-duplication rules, and guiding the development team to improve and maintain data management principles. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Independently drive multiple work streams in parallel, managing other analysts and cross-functional contributors (Reporting, Data Governance, Data Cleanup, and Information Delivery Process Improvement). - Develop and update interoperability products such as logical and physical data models that can be leveraged by the Enterprise Architecture (EA). - Support the government client in collecting, documenting, extending, and reporting on enterprise data architecture products. This will require input from many different automated tools. - Support the government client in drafting and updating graphical products such as timelines, strategies, and technology insertion concepts. - Work with SMEs, Program Manager, Project Sponsors, and Solution Architects to design solutions for efficiency and effectiveness. - Scope and prioritize implementation of specific solutions (process and technology) and carefully coordinate efforts with the broader program, within aggressive time frame - Create deliverables according to the Software Development Life cycle such as functional and technical specifications. - Analyzes, architects and assists with creating reusable and enterprise level modules/applications. - Assists in establishing best practices and governance through all software development processes - Conduct reviews and analyses of technologies and create reports, briefings, or summaries, as required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (Required Skills) - Bachelor's degree in a technical field. - 7 -“ 9 years' experience in large -“scale information system architecture. - 2 -“ 3 years' experience in data management - Experience in Agile Development methodologies - Knowledge and experience in Medicare/Medicaid, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace or commercial health insurance data is a plus
