Duties and Responsibilities:
-Provide software training & support to attorneys, paralegals and clients on litigation applications. This includes consultations on searching, best practices, Analytics etc.
-May assist and support users on Relativity, Clearwell, CaseMap, TimeMap, Sanction and Trial Director.
-Develop and create training classes, instructor materials and user documentation.
-Organizes, prepares, schedules and conducts training sessions.
-Arranges for use of training facilities, for access to appropriate applications, etc.
-May oversee and supervise help desk operations, including answering and responding to user phone calls, installing and troubleshooting litigation support packages on user desktops, and coordinating support with office automation support contractors and staff.
-Work with case teams and IT to design databases and establish workflows to support efficient document reviews, search and retrieval.
- Certain applications may require certification by the software provider.
-Must be an expert user of Microsoft Office.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain an MBI clearance.
-At least one year of Relativity experience strongly preferred.
-At least two years of experience providing direct end-user support for the applications being supported, including both telephone support and on-site assistance to users, is preferred.
-At least one year of experience in automated litigation support preferred.
-At least one year teaching/training experience involving computer applications, preferably database, imaging, or other automated litigation support applications preferred.
