Summary: Team CACI is seeking an Information Technology Project/Scrum Master with experience supporting and managing DoD IT projects to join our team supporting a Pentagon Joint Service Provider (JSP) organization. The successful candidate will directly contribute to the operations and management of a rapidly growing IT environment and play an active role in IT asset management, software license management, and tracking, project planning, project reporting and capacity planning. The successful candidate will be a key individual contributor to a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative IT services to an expanding customer base across the DoD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides overall information technology management support to all aspects of IT operations and maintenance, to include task management, schedule management, asset management, capacity planning, and subcontractor/vendor management.
Provide detailed task management for a dynamic IT program management office. This includes software development, operations and maintenance functions, including development and management of the integrated master schedule (IMS).
Serve as the focal point within the Project Management Office for all task management functions; including providing weekly and monthly schedule deliverables and Program Management Review (PMR) input.
Coordinates schedules to facilitate completion of task and contract deliverables, briefings/presentations, and project reviews.
Ensures project team adherence to schedule and reviews project deliverables; contributes to and produces applicable contract CDRLs.
Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.
Studies existing information processing systems and/or procedures to evaluate effectiveness, and develops new systems and/or procedures to improve production or workflow as required.
Clearly documents and presents findings, including creation of diagrams and procedure documentation.
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports for assigned projects with minimal guidance.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience, including three to five years of supervisory/management experience.

Experience managing IT systems operations and maintenance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
Proficiency in MS Project and building Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Excellent oral presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
More than 6 years of experience as an IT Task Manager or Project Manager or IT Manager supporting the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community
Detailed knowledge of software development task management and task management/scheduling software; including MS Project and JIRA
Experience in a Scrum Master for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
PMP or Relevant Information Technology Certification
Understands commercial and federal information system security requirements.
