CACI has a great opportunity for a talented Executive Vice President and Business Group Manager for our National and Cyber Solutions (NCS) Business Group. CACI's NCS business group is comprised of over 1,300 engineering, software development, data science, cyber security and signals intelligence experts. We design, develop, and deploy technical solutions and services that support the Intelligence, Homeland Security and Defense community.
We support some of our nation's most pressing mission objectives by:
Securing our customers’ weapons systems against cyber threats through the identification, evaluation and hardening of their platforms and systems against attacks.
Building integrated EW and Cyber solutions and techniques that deliver mission effectiveness, battlespace and decision management and effects assessment across National Security domains.
Contributing to every step of the intelligence lifecycle, leveraging agile development methodology in collection, mission management, processing, support, and exploitation of foundational intelligence for National and Tactical customers.
Delivering next generation analytic and planning tools that provide actionable intelligence to intelligence centers and help warfighters make tactical decisions before and at the point of engagement.

The successful candidate, reporting to the President of U.S Operations, will hold the following primary areas of responsibility:
Directs and prioritizes the activities of the Business Group to deliver the corporate targets of growing profit, revenues and direct labor.
Responsible for the development of the group’s operating plans and budgets. Closely monitors the actual performance of the Division or Operating Groups and takes corrective action as needed.
Fully accountable for the continued growth and profitability of the Business Group, including management of business development activities with Corporate Business Development. Works towards annual and quarterly performance metrics established by the President of U.S. Operations.
Fully accountable for the Business Group’s delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost consistently on a best-value basis.
Responsible for making senior management aware of issues, problems, or cost impacts within the company or Business Group regardless of the circumstances.
Acts as necessary to maintain currency of market and competitive conditions, enhancements in technology, strategic focus and trend lines, along with acute knowledge of senior client and industry leadership in the markets the business serves.
Accountable for establishing and maintaining long lasting relationships with customers, strategic partners, subcontractors, minority and small business contractors, and key competitors.
Responsible for the hiring, termination, promotion and training of employees within the Business Group, and for ensuring compliance with the company’s affirmative action program and other labor laws.
Promotes and ensures ethical business practices and a customer-oriented philosophy. Responsible for establishing practices and procedures to ensure the highest level of professional standards in conducting the group’s business activities.
Keeps alert to potential acquisitions that complement CACI’s capabilities and make it more competitive in the market. Works closely with the President of U.S. Operations and Chief Development Officer on such acquisitions.
Provides leadership working in a collaborative fashion with the contracts, finance, human resources, and legal staff to ensure collection of cash, compliance with corporate risk controls, employee relations, and the ethical conduct of business.
Bachelor’s degree in technical field (Master’s degree in a technical area or science preferred).
Experience managing more than an $500M P&L portfolio and more than 1000 employees.
Knowledge of the Cyber Security, Intelligence Systems and Space Operations markets including an understanding of technical concepts and trends in these markets.
12+ years of increasing responsibility within the government defense contracting industry. The last 8 years must have been spent at a senior management level within the industry or federal government, where there was a significant level of direct accountability for results.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Record of recent accomplishments that would testify to success in growing new business and in maintaining and growing business relationships.
Must be well-known within peer companies and the company’s client markets.
Able to communicate clearly and be a leader of distinction as evidenced by past performance.
Good knowledge of company business lines, and the application of new technology solutions and products.
Customer focus, and ability to build an effective team.
