What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI is looking for an experienced Material Expeditor to provide support the Integration and Maintenance (I&M) operations to our program in Fayetteville, NC. The ideal candidate will create and open all COLTs work orders on Integration, Training and Life Cycle Sustainment.
More About the Role: Duties and Responsibilities
Daily work order review to resolve current action items, maintain accuracy, and conduct updates.
Create and review work order reports, review COLTS catalog structures and/or suggested updates.
Perform database configuration of new builds, production, and existing equipment and systems.
Maintain databases and report findings to Configuration Management (CM) working group or Change Management team.
Ship and receive equipment within the COLTS database.
Update system folders, track production Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs).
Perform inventories when necessary.
Update Action Report Daily (Weekly Activity Report [WAR] completed at the end of each week).
Complete Shipping Request documentation.
Assist all sections with COLTS inquiries and provide information about the Request Form (RFI).
You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Background and Experience
High School diploma or GED.
Two (2) years of experience to include: facilitating and expediting the flow of materials to and from various departments, dealing directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations, and inspecting goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications.
Clearance: Secret clearance must be current.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Must be familiar with Government Procurement practices.
Knowledgeable and efficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Be very organized and able to keep track of many tasks.
Ability to deal with various personalities and working styles.
Attention to detail and team oriented.
