CACI NSS has an immediate opportunity for a Secret cleared IT Business Process Manager at Fort Bragg, NC.
Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities
Coaches and review the work of lower level professionals
Influences others regarding system design, solutions and procedures
Works to achieve operational targets with significant impact on departmental results. Works independently under limited supervision.
May be responsible for entire business projects or processes within job area.
Responsible for developing technical solutions that may require collaboration with internal expertise and deep analysis of the technical system
Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function. May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to the organization (e.g., customers, vendors, etc.)
Typically, responsible for running small technical teams to include providing guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area.
May lead projects at this level, requiring responsibility for the delegation of work and the review of others' work product.
Performs Business Process management duties associated with multiple projects located across USASOC to include the following:
Assist with Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Assemble and coordinate project staff
Works independently with limited supervision • Manage projects / processes
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools and techniques
Provide direction and support to project team
Ensure quality assurance
Consistently monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholder
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree in related field or at least five (5) years Process Management experience and PMP certification (must be obtained within six months of hire).
Security Clearance: Secret with TS eligibility preferred.
Minimum/General Experience: Five (5) years’ experience coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling and completing specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
