Job Description

CACI Enterprise IT Operations has an opportunity for a ServiceNow Integrator to support a large and complex IT enterprise program.

What you’ll get to do:

As the ServiceNow Integrator you will be part of the program’s Planning & Tools Team.  You will work closely with our ServiceNow Developer to integrate ServiceNow into the current workforce and enterprise around the world.

More about your role:

You will work with the entire Planning and Tools Team to find the best solution to use the ServiceNow suite of features to best meet our SLAs and run the contract as smoothly as possible.

  • Serve as the ServiceNow subject matter expert.
  • Master existing API based tool capabilities as well as future enhancements.
  • Responsible for integrating ServiceNow into the existing workforce and processes.
  • Develop and implement enterprise IT tools to support an IT managed service delivery approach.
  • Focus on continual service improvement to increase efficiency and cost optimization of services, and IT service delivery processes.
  • Provide technical direction and engineering knowledge in support of planning, designing, developing, testing, installing, and maintaining systems monitoring and management services.
  • Perform user administration on enterprise management supporting technologies.
  • Represent the program’s technical interests with partners, suppliers, industry associations, and government entities to ensure the flow of technical information and best practices.

    You’ll bring these qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and 7 years + of experience related in the IT field or equivalent work/education experience and knowledge of systems engineering.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform and integration.
  • A development background that will be enhanced by ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow training.
  • Experience in Enterprise and/or IT Service Management, Advanced System Administration, database design schemas and data modeling.
  • An in-depth understanding of the technology associated with operating a service or platform in the cloud, including datacenters, systems, networks, load balancers, applications, and relational databases.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset

    These qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Security Certifications (Security+, Network+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent)
  • ServiceNow certification.
  • Experience working with IT customers within the Department of Defense.
