What You’ll Get to Do:

  • As a Manager of Proposal Development, you will lead and develop the proposal team, working with line organization management to identify and assign key proposal leaders (technical, management, security, resumes, past performance, etc.) and allocate proposal personnel and resources.
  • You will plan, strategize and position the proposal, including developing win themes, best value propositions, discriminators, and graphics.
  • Analyze the government solicitation, identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation, and prepare and distribute the detailed proposal schedule, outline and guidelines.
  • Respond rapidly to RFP amendments and implements required changes to proposal.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify cost volume lead and pricing volume lead and ensure cross-pollination and consistency of pricing with other volumes.
  • Defines, documents, implements, and supports continual proposal process improvement.
  • Establish short and long-term proposal objectives consistent with organizational strategy, participate in planning and policy development issues and prepare and monitor departmental budget.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 7+ years of experience preparing proposals in a government contract environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading mid-size, multi-teammate, solutions-based proposals ranging in value from $30M to $100M
  • Current TS or TS/SCI (note- the clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client)
  • Experience working with Sharepoint and Virtual Proposal Center
