Job Description
Background Investigator Level I
As a background investigator at CACI, you’ll get the very best of both worlds: the freedom to arrange your schedule to fit your life and the security of a benefits package that ranks among the best in the industry.
The job, in a nutshell
Background investigators play a vital role in national security. They research the backgrounds of people who have applied for a federal security clearance. That means your work as a background investigator contributes directly to the safety and security of our country.
This job is NOT for desk jockeys. You’ll spend most days on the road, meeting new people and learning about their backgrounds. Then you’ll write reports on your findings, at home in your slippers if that’s your thing. CACI provides a laptop and cell phone, and reimburses you for expenses incurred during casework.
This IS a job for those who want a paycheck that equals their effort. You’ll get a competitive base salary, and you’ll be given the opportunity to earn more through excellent performance. And did we mention the benefits package? It’s one of the best you’ll find. Anywhere.
Flexible schedules, great benefits, paychecks that award extra effort – all while helping to protect the land we call home. That’s what being a background investigator at CACI is all about. Apply today.
