Job Responsibilities, Required and Desired Skills

CACI is looking for a Full Performance System/Project Integrator to assist the Sponsor’s Project Manager in various capacities across multiple departmental teams.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree and 5-7 years of experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of assisting with EARRS Requests
  • Demonstrated knowledge with Onboarding/Offboarding of resources and all associated tasks
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment while handling competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of MS Project, Jira, MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word
    • Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Sorting, Graphing/Charts
    • PowerPoint: Graphics, using advanced templates
  • Demonstrated experience with supporting the PM in analysis, preparation of management plans and reports
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in facilitating meetings and information sessions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of procurement activities and tracking SW/HW renewals from a technology and cost perspective
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to be proactive in identifying issues and solutions
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to details in a fast-paced moving environment

Desired Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience assisting the PM with assessing, documenting and tracing new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Demonstrated experience with oral and written communications, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading system implementation, defining process improvement, or identifying and further defining methods to improve the efficiency of manual processes
  • Familiar with Agile methodology
