Job Description

Working with a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager, provide administrative and technical direction for several small/medium size projects across the country. Responsibilities to include customer interface, client development, project scoping, site data collection and management, local environmental and permitting requirements research, scheduling, procurement, construction oversight, safety oversight, cost and progress monitoring, management and reporting. Projects are in the radio broadcast industry.


  • Manage administrative construction duties, including document control and project scheduling over multiple simultaneous projects over national footprint.
  • Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
  • Assist the Project Manager with change orders, subcontractor scheduling and invoicing, reviewing monthly job costs
  • Assist with solicitation, evaluation and selection of the sub-consultants and the sub-contractor/s;
  • Assist with RFI reports, QA/QC documentation, and field operations
  • Assist with pre construction tasks, including estimating and quantification
  • Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
  • May require travel up to 25%.


  • Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or a related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with government contracting, preferably in construction or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a critical deadlines environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in Project Schedule Development, MS project
  • General understanding of database programming
