Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

We are currently looking for a new lead Project Manager for our customer in managing the Platform Operations Division.  The team of Systems Engineers, Administrators and support personnel is looking for a seasoned project manager to lead the team into the next level of support for our customer.  This group is the Operations and Maintenance Division for the customers Server operations to include Windows and Domino in the WMA and field.  You will provide leadership for the team as a front-line manager; you will be setting and establishing goals and objectives for the team, and running day-to-day operations across the group.  You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for the team, and will serve as the single point of contact for the team.

Required Skills:

  • Must have expert experience building and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Must be familiar with running engineering teams, and service desk teams
  • Must have managed at least a 5-person team
  • Must understand staffing, interviewing processes
  • Must have 8+ years’ experience in project management
  • Must have a firm understanding of governance and reporting to a government customer
  • Must understand working with award fee criteria and managing customer expectations

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Windows Server experience
  • Domino Hosting experience
  • Storage solutions experience (netapp, VMware)
  • ITIL Certification and/or experience managing within a medium-sized program (over 50 team members)


  • PMP Desired
