Support CACI Operations and Maintenance project for Department of Navy with the Program Budget Information System.
Lead efforts related to scheduling, planning, and coordinating documentation efforts for ongoing Financial Systems and Authorization to Operate audit activities.
Coordinate with technical team and subject matter experts to ensure accurate information is being captured and documented within audit deliverables.
Assist in software application testing, implementation/roll out, and outreach for application upgrade.
Participate heavily in customer support efforts and troubleshooting for user community. This may include phone support, desk side support, and email support. Instruct application training courses for user groups.
Work with customer to define requirements, learn on-the-job analysis skills, and share information with project team.
Typically Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 5+ years of experience providing exceptional customer service and support
5+ years of audit experience with reading, interpreting, and responding to financial or IT systems audit controls
3+ years of technical writing experience
Demonstrated ability to become a super user of a system
Demonstrated experience in completing projects within estimated time frames Current DoD Secret Clearance
