Responsibilities: Requires ability to troubleshoot data and analyze content of cover letters and electronic media. Determine the type of data, bates number ranges, type of encryption in collections of documents. Decrypt electronic files with passwords provided. Copy documents and data from electronic media to shared storage locations. Knowledge of data processing to load documents into litigation support repositories. Communicate directly with case manager, paralegal and other government staff.
Knowledge and understanding of eDiscovery / Litigation Support.
Excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform tasks accurately and quickly.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks according to client requirements.
Customer-focused, congenial, professional attitude for working on site with government clients.
Excellent communication skills.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
2 years professional experience
1 year experience in Information Technology
Experience using IT systems in a federal government environment.
Familiarity with Relativity, Recommind, iConect, Concordance or any other case management application.
Understanding of government IT security requirements.
Desire to continuously learn and advance in the IT field.
