As the Program Manager, you must have proven experience leading large, complex enterprise level programs exceeding $500M. You have technical experience in systems engineering along with the ability to stay abreast of new technologies, customer plans, and understand how they will intersect. You will effectively work with all program management office (PMO) support functions and staff that include financial management, subcontractor management, schedule execution, risk management, and quality control. You will deliver innovative solutions and efficient processes/procedures that reduce program operating expenses, mitigate risk, and increase annual revenue. You have the strategic capability to create forward thinking solutions and specific action plans to proactively drive program improvements and technical innovations to execution. You have the business acumen to grow the qualifications of our workforce, create business solutions tailored to our customers' needs, and communicate effectively to all stakeholders in different forums and modes. You build partnership relationships with the customers and subcontractors, perform well in ambiguous situations, and must always be a role model to subordinate employees, be a workforce motivator, and be a provider of constructive feedback, able to hold others accountable.
Related technical and business experience in strategic planning and execution, proven experience leading and managing large, complex programs, with multiple teams and managers, exceeding $500M.
Extensive Revenue and P&L experience
Experienced and able to develop specific strategic plans relative to Staffing and Workforce Management (Recruiting, Retention, Employee Development and Welfare)
Recognized in the community as a leader and champion for the customer and program staff members
Ability to develop solutions independently
Experience in the Intel Community
TS SCI w/Polygraph
Must possess a PMP
Candidate must have one of the following:
18 Years of job with similar experience and Bachelor’s degree diploma
12 Years of job similar experience and Master’s degree
10 Years of job similar experience and Doctorate
Solutions Architect/CTO experience, Knowledge of the FAR and contract language, and HR employee law, Contracts, and Cost Accounting, Pricing.
Certifications in Cloud (e.g., AWS and/or Microsoft), Networks, Systems Engineering, ServiceNow.
