Provide Logistics support for the PEO Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) 3C Organization supporting the In-service Gun Weapon Systems (GWS), reporting and tracking, Parts and Program Support Data (PSDs).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track Casualty Report (CASREP) for MK 38 Mod 2, Mk 46, Mk48, Mk75 and Mk110 GWS from initial creation until cancelation or Casualty Corrected Report (CASCOR) and provide weekly summary reports.
CASREPs are collected from across various platforms and for both Surface Lant or Surface Pac.
Using Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM), obtain CASREP data for Tracking and Trend analysis.
Use data to calculate mean / medium days open, trending up or down, charting trends and understanding possible root causes.
Maintain the For Official Use Only (FOUO) List of Vessels Code Sheet; this lists all United States Coast Guard (USCG) and United States Navy (USN) vessels.
For the MK38 Mod 2, the list identifies the FY of installation. Vessel coding sheets includes color coding to identify deployed, deploying vessels, planned availabilities and planned SPMRs.
Support PARTS and Program Support Data (PSDs) assistance to the Program Office and the ISEA including Baseline Assessment Memorandum (BAM) reviews.
Perform independent research on data trends.
Develops and document new procedures when required by changes in policy or best practices.
Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPT), may be required to track actions, prepare agendas, minutes, and prepare PowerPoint presentations concerning your area of tasking.
Required Education, Skills & Experience:
Must have bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and seven to nine years of related (government acquisition) experience.
Must be a self-starter with understanding of the CASREP/COR process.
Must possess analytical skills and be able assimilate data and drawn conclusions.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and can concisely and accurately report data analysis.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with SIPR account is preferred.
Previous experience with Navy in-service systems.
Training on BAM process.
