CACI International, Inc. (CACI) has an immediate opportunity for a Cyber Security Assess & Authorize professional onsite in Quantico, VA supporting the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Information Technology Directorate (ITD). The Cyber Security Assess & Authorize professional will support NCIS in the development of the Cyber Security package and compliance.
General Cyber Security Assess & Authorize professional daily functions:
Leading NCIS activities in Improving the security posture of NCIS networks through delivery of Computer Network Defense best practices
Develop checklists and reports that are required to produce Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) or Risk Management Framework (RMF) based documentation to achieve Authority to Operate on NCIS networks
Find efficiencies in the implementation of security requirements on the NCIS network to achieve Authority to operate status in a timely manner
Develop or implement process and procedure to improve the ongoing security posture of NCIS networks through best practices wherever possible
Lead Development of cybersecurity documentation and/or technical documentation for technology initiatives as a part of the project and/or overall tactical plan for NCIS
Follow latest guidance for all Cybersecurity controls and latest STIGs. Guidance includes; DoD Instruction 8510.01 of 12 March 2014, Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology and (IT)National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-39
Cyber Security package development and engineering
Must have Certification & Accreditation experience with preparation/completion of packages and with EMASS and/or XACTA process, STIGs and Vulnerability Management Tools (Prefer: ACAS).
Prefer: Knowledge of ACAS and STIGs are required. Knowledge of Certification & Accreditation Process for at least 5 years.
