Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Integrator who will be responsible for:

  •  The establishment of a new organization through drafting concept of operations, consulting on organizational concepts, processes, and alignment of roles and responsibilities.
  •  The design and operation of a cross-organizational governance board, including process design, communications, agendas, and minutes.
  •  Portfolio management of technical programs, including requirements definition, technology assessment, budget development, scheduling, and status reporting.
  •  Development of tradecraft standards, policies, and training plans and curate a web presence for customer outreach, technology and tradecraft information, and training resources.
  • Prepare and review briefings and written communications for a variety of stakeholders on topics related to technology, sponsor missions, and business processes.
  • Streamline knowledge management, communications, collaboration, information sharing, and business processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Experience and Skills

  •  Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years demonstrated experience supporting cross-organizational stakeholders and

             processes related to mission and technology and recent experience in

            organizational development and alignment of roles and responsibilities.

  • Recent experience designing and operating cross-organizational governance processes, managing  requirements, budgets, scheduling, and status of technical programs.
  • Recent experience drafting and reviewing briefings and communications for executive, technical, and mission audiences. Recent experience evaluating and developing strategies to streamline knowledge management, communications and business processes.
  • Expertise and practical application of web-based knowledge management tools and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience developing of tradecraft training, standards and policies and researching  topics related to technology and tradecraft; identifying relevant material; drafting and presenting  information through a variety of formats and channels, including written communications and briefings, web sites, blogs and databases.
  • Active TS SCI with Poly required
