Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be a key member of a large prime contract effort, comprised of multiple teams working to secure, operate and enhance customer systems. This position supports the Identity and Access Management (IdAM) Team, and is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and testing of PKI and/or Secure Token Service (STS) implementation, to include data flow and network design. A successful candidate may also be responsible for configuration and management of Certificate Authority and operational support staff.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Experience with STS and Single Sign On (SSO) tools and technologies
Experience working with one or more directory servers, and an understanding of LDAP protocols, PKI encryption and authentication, and directory replication (e.g. RedHat DS)
Experience and knowledge of Certificate Authority configuration and management
Experience with common scripting languages (e.g. Perl)
Experience working in Linux and Windows environments
Excellent oral and written communications skills – able to clearly communicate on technical topics and concepts
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with the IC’s CASPORT and/or AccessIT attribute services
Ability to work independently – must be a self-starter
Experience with configuration management of COTS products and baseline configurations
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and work multiple tasks
Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet deadlines
This position maps to System Engineer III-A labor category on the Middleware III contract, which includes the following qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines
10 years of Systems Engineering experience. An additional 4+ years of Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 14 years.
