Job Description

What you'll get to do:

You will be responsible for pre-award activities such as negotiating NDAs and TAs, developing small business plans, soliciting  subcontractor proposals and negotiating subcontractor rates and terms.  Post-award action includes issuing subcontract awards, handling subcontract management related issues, small business reporting and supporting contract closeout activity.  Other duties include working w/DCMA to preserve an Approved Purchasing System, maintain the procurement-related corporate system P2P and participate in M&A due diligence and integration.  Must hold a warrant in compliance with the CACI Procurement Policy and CACI’s signature authority database. You will also be responsible for preparation and administration of subcontracts, task orders and subsequent amendments. You will typically work on subcontract activities valued up to $550,000 and may be assigned higher value tasks with oversight from more senior level staff.

More about this role:

You will participate in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations with outside sources. You will also review client solicitations received by company and provide recommendations regarding outsourcing requirements to business management proposal team. Tasks include the negotiation of terms and conditions, analyses of price. and creation of the subcontract document. You will be responsible for the monitoring of the subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices and keep fully informed on all subcontract standards, plans and policies. You will prepare and support subcontract negotiations. Additionally, you will review and resolve with subcontractors all issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives. You will maintain contact with senior level managers regarding subcontract negotiation, preparation and monitoring and will prepare and disseminate information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. You will advise management of prime contractor/subcontractor rights and obligations and provides interpretation of subcontract terms and conditions and provide creative leadership from knowledge of industry best practices and most current developments in subcontract administration. You will research and recommend subcontract policies and procedures and may participate in the creation of procedures and communication material that document subcontract practices.

You'll bring these qualifications:

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

Must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance
