Job Description

Reviews project requirements with customer and higher-level management. Responsible for all technical details of a project from design through delivery. Develops unique methodology as required and trains others in its use. Performs research, collection and collation of technical studies. Performs assessments and projections as part of analysis process


  • Constructs the design of surveys to collect primary data and/or identifying existing data sources.
  • Conducts data collection via different qualitative and quantitative modes and prepares monthly status reports.
  • Aids in the development of monitoring and evaluation processes to meet program objectives efficiently and effectively.
  •  Develops analysis plans, designs and manages specified databases, and establishes data quality control practices and procedures.
  • Works collaboratively with other analysts as well as subject-matter experts in all phases of research and requires the flexibility to adapt research strategies to take into account data limitations and time constraints.
  • Analyzes data, system operations, methods, outputs, and activities in order to identify gaps in resources and recommend improvements along with coordinating activities to produce a more effective program.
  • Drafts reports, memos summarizing findings or progress toward completion of projects, and newsletter articles on research projects.
  • Provides technical assistance on program measurement and services.
  • Investigates allegations of non-compliance, assists with complaint intake, data collection, and conducts quality assurance reviews of investigation reports.
  • Gives oral presentations to a wide range of audiences, responds to questions; and provides available information and statistical data to management and staff as required.
  • Prepares model of problem in form of one or several equations that relates constants and variables, restrictions, alternatives, conflicting objectives and their numerical parameters.
  • Defines data requirements and gathers and validates information applying judgment and statistical tests. Specifies manipulative or computational methods to be applied to model.
  • Performs validation and testing of model to ensure adequacy, or determines need for reformulation. May be assigned to customer site and participates in meetings as the representative of the company. May prepare and present technical briefings to customer and upper management.
  • May be required to train customer personnel in analysis methods and/or findings. Provides team leadership to less experienced staff.

-Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8 yrs experience per contract labor qualifications in which specialized experience may substitute for education or years of experience.
-Proficient in use of computer-spread sheets, databases and other related tools. Must also meet LCV requirements stated earlier in this job requisition.
-Must have current secret clearance.
