Job Description

CACI is seeking a Sr. Principal Multi-media/Communications Specialist for a funded opportunity. This position will support internal and external communications for executive-level Front Office. You will be responsible for coordinating across all parts of the organization to author, promote, and market events and accomplishments for internal and external audiences. Write and edit articles, executive talking points, speeches, content for brochures/reports, briefing materials, and other public relations materials. In this opportunity, you will be responsible for:

  • Writing, editing, and reviewing external communications for media, promotional/marketing efforts in print, and electronic formats.
  • Writing, editing, and reviewing all internal client communications in print and electronic formats, to include web content.
  • Developing executive-level talking points, speeches, and presentations tailored to the speaker and intended audience.
  • Collaborating with the graphics designer on conceptualizing and creating brochures, reports, presentations, and infographics.
  • Performing staff officer duties as needed in support of front office and executive-level leadership.
  • Interfacing with senior executives on all communication strategies, efforts, and messages.
  • Be fully accountable for the accuracy and quality control of all communications, and oversee the review process.
  • Plan, create, coordinate, and implement a range of internal and external communication materials and programs.
  • On request, support Front Office meetings including preparing agendas, collecting presentations, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • On request, represent the organization during all phases of internal and external communications initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Government Senior Executives and managing internal and external communications efforts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent editorial and grammar skills.
  • Well-versed in all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to remain flexible and multi-task while being proactive, quickly adapt to changing client priorities, and respond to ad hoc requests.
  • Ability to build trust with the client and strong working relationships with on-site staff.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A BS and/or 8-10 years of experience is required.

A TS/SCI w/ poly is required for this position.
