Assist in the initiation, tracking and resolution of Customer Help Desk Tickets.
Gather and understand customer business requirements.
Champion Program Products and services.
Maintain understanding of the Program Systems and IT requirements.
Maintain regular contact with all customers related to the Program/project.
Represent the Program JPO at customer sites and community events to include trade shows, conferences, and working groups.
Have sufficient awareness of all Program products and services to inform customers and potential customers of the suitability of these products and services to meet customer needs.
Support the client in building and strengthening customer relationships.
Serve as the primary point of engagement for customers seeking IT products and services.
Travel with customer to Program external sites.
This position is in Suitland, MD and will require an active TS/SCI clearance.
