CACI International Inc. has an immediate opening for a Technical Trainer for a Tier 1 Help Desk environment located in Ft. Detrick, Md.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Plans, develops, and coordinate our in-house training programs for Call Center employees. Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares and develops training materials; develops course content; and coordinates the development of training aids.
Conducts training sessions, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. Provide training to employees through various mediums, including live and virtual classrooms and independent study. Continuously update and revise the training program and lesson plans as new customers/programs/requirements are introduced. Provide refresher training to employees.
Required: Must have Secret Clearance
Ability to communicate effective within the department and team members.
Education: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
