CACI is looking for a Program Analyst (with technical focus) to provide support in our Washington, DC location. This individual must be a forward thinker who can proactively plan, multitask, and possesses good organizational skills. The individual must be able to provide direct customer support - interface with multiple naval organizations and contractors, communicate well and work independently with many levels of seniority.
Support program office outreach to Fleet and In Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs) for support to various combat and undersea systems and equipment on board CG and DDG ships.
Assist the government in the preparation of technical program, and system life-cycle management documentation.
Organize and facilitate Integrated Product and Process Development (IPPD)/Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
Develop coordinated and unified Technical Instructions for multiple Combat Systems Design Agents, Combat Systems Engineering Agents, Life Cycle Support Agents, Software Support Agents, In-Service Engineering Agents.
Assist in determining modernization efforts (such as SCD, ORDALT, Field Changes, Engineering Changes, Engineering Change Proposals, Software/Computer Program Deliveries, Information Assurance, Safety, Security, Interoperability, and Tactical Certification Preparations) for CNO availability periods.
Facilitate, support and/or participate in System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) events to ensure supportability is integrated into the systems engineering process.
Aid in developing plans, schedules, analysis reports, graphical presentations, and monitor tasks to meet project requirements. Monitor and track progress analyzing data to identify potential risks.
Provide assessments and develop options for way forward planning. Analyze situation and provide input with regard to potential risks, problems and optional solutions.
Monitor and report performance and programmatic documents against plans to ensure that objectives are met.
Assist in conducting research and developing information to understand major weapons including cost, schedule, and risk data. Research, develop, and document plans, presentations and papers.
Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and acquisition documentation.
Review technical documents to ensure accuracy, compliance and formatting.
Work with program support team and leadership to support all aspects of program management including preparing briefings, program planning, formulating issue papers, and monitoring weapon systems schedule management.
Gather, collect, record and verify data from multiple sources; prepare routine and ad hoc reports.
Assist with long range and short range planning; providing assessments, options and solutions.
Utilize computer applications including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software to compile and generate documents, reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Requires bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field or equivalent, and two to seven years of related experience (active duty Navy experience is a plus).
Strong communications skills and ability to work across various groups.
Proficient is MS Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Good problem-solving skills.
Must have current Secret Clearance or obtainable.
Junior Surface Warfare Officer on CG or DDG with ASW Combat Systems management experience highly desired.
