Job Summary: CACI is seeking a Senior Logistician to provide support to the Principal Assistant Program Manager. The ideal candidate is a seasoned technical individual contributor to Subject Matter Expert (SME), with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of: In service surface ship weapons programs including, Close in Weapon Support (CIWS), CIWS variant Rolling Airframe Missile (SeaRAM) and Land Based Phalanx Weapon System (LPWS).
Working knowledge of DoD/DoN Procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 Process · DoD/DoN Weapon System Program/Project Planning.
Provide fleet liaison support including fleet event coordination, conduct and execution.
Conduct Technical Evaluation of program documentation and issues.
Interface and manage requirements from external/internal customers.
Conduct SeaRAM gap training to CIWS rated sailors.
Obtain casualty reporting (CASREP) data for CIWS, SeaRAM, LPWS, and Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM).
Provide weekly summary report to TDS Major Program Manager.
Support FMS case initiation, execution, tracking, and technical support.
Provide management of records, schedules, and correspondence.
Provide long-term planning, deliverable tracking, task management, and program management assistance.
Implement and maintain approved standard operating procedures for the program office.
Prepare Flag level briefs and operating MS (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Typically requires a bachelors degree and minimum of 15 years of experience.
Degree may be substituted with comparable Training / Performance / Military / DoD work experience
Previous Navy experience
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Close in Weapon Support (CIWS), CIWS variant Rolling Airframe Missile (SeaRAM) and Land Based Phalanx Weapon System (LPWS).
Must currently possess an Active DoD Secret clearance.
