Job Description


CACI is looking for a candidate to lead Audit and Information Assurance tasks that support an Intelligence Community agency.  Every year, this agency undergoes multiple audits on financials systems and CACI provides leadership, project management support, and technical support for these activities.  The candidate would lead these activities and provide technical input into tasks.  In addition, the systems and applications are accredited under ICD 503/Risk Management Framework.  CACI owns project management and technical tasks that define controls, provide test results, document security relevant information, and monitors changes in order for the systems to remain accredited.


Information Security:

  • Identify, delegate, and track tasks related to reaccreditation under the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Define POAMs for any liens – specifically working with other teams to create schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
  • Document designs, tests, test results, etc, that can be used as evidence to support the accreditation process.


Primary Point of Contact to government and auditors performing multiple audits – Financial Systems Audit, SSAE 18, FISMA.  As the POC:

  • Identify and complete evidence requested by the audit teams
  • Work with other teams to produce artifacts for the auditors
  • Meet with auditors to discuss findings, explain designs/implementation.
  • Review findings and develop a plan to mitigate findings before the next review period.  Work with other teams to execute the mitigation plan.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with ICD 503/Risk Management Framework to include defining controls, defining and executing test plans, and documenting submission information.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems
  • 5-7 years experience with Systems Security
  • Understanding of configuration management practices
  • Project Lead or Project Management experience – specifically developing schedules, delegating tasks, and monitoring progress

Desired Qualifications:

  • Software Development Experience
  • Experience writing and executing a CONMON plan, an ITCP plan, and Assessment Test Plan (ATP)
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems
  • Initiative to quickly learn and put new skills to use.
  • Ability and initiative to set goals and execute.
