BITS, a CACI company, is looking to hire a high speed Resource Management Consultant. This position is designed to collaborate, coordinate and optimize resource capabilities across multiple missions.
More About the Role:
Consult and coordinate with various levels of resource management and customers to determine and execute strategic plans to optimize parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions, as well as to correlate, communicate and report on electronic emissions in order to provide real time situational awareness for the tactical and strategic customers.
Utilize sophisticated analog and digital signal processing and associated equipment. May conduct exploitation of data from various sources to prepare operational or technical managers for optimization in one or more areas of specialization. May be required to perform duties in Operational Analysis, Technical Analysis, Reporting, as Mission Advisor, or in various support areas such as Data Archiving, Data Base Maintenance, Training in various analysis disciplines, or preparation and maintenance of specific Data Files and reference data.
This position is a crew position requiring ability to work on a rotational schedule. Ability to provide technical, predictive and historical solutions to complex coordination is required. Ability to work with only minimal supervision following established procedures and the ability to determine new solutions to real-time situations is necessary. Must be able to interact with multiple customers, both on and off-site. Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically requires a high school diploma and 6-8 years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years of related experience.
Experience in any or all of the following systems: NRT/IMM, OTMS, UNIX, web-based applications, operational chat rooms, SUN and/or Linux workstations, satellites and payload configurations, resource management/scheduling/tasking.
Requires practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Strong communication skills, personal initiative, and team orientation. Ability to communicate effectively with local senior management and remote personnel.
Ability to work in a high-stress near-real-time environment and demands foresight and strong technical skills.
Capable of working with multiple computer software applications simultaneously.
Previous crew certification a plus
A background in Telemetry & Instrumentation Signal Analysis is desired but not required.
