Job Description

Position Summary:


CACI has an opening  for a MCS Trainer to provide instruction on various MCS, to include FBCB2, JCR, CPOF, and AFATDS.  In this role, you would facilitate courses on system functionality and will demonstrate how each system’s capabilities can be effectively used by Commanders and Staffs to enhance Situational Awareness within their Command Post.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on instruction to Soldiers regarding multiple facets of system functionality of MTC-fielded Mission Command Systems and Constructive Simulations.
  • Develop or update programs of Instruction, Lesson Plans and course curriculum, tailored to individual Soldier or unit training requirements.
  • Tailor Instruction to individual Soldier Or unit Training requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Must be able to obtain a secret Clearance.
  • Experience with utilizing official system Program / Product Manager's training products, or in the absence of a designated Program / Product Manager, utilizing the commercial software/hardware developer's technical and training material.
  • Familiarity with associated LVC and MCS computer hardware and software.

Desired Skills:

  • Army Basic Instructor Course certification.
