Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the delivery of an electronic security system (ESS) project or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
Manages the direction of non-technical and technical project tasks through the design, installation and testing phases in accordance with project objectives.
Projects managed are typically of moderate complexity and geographically separated from corporate office locations.
Manage all assigned personnel and monitoring all aspects of project cost, schedule and performance to include risk and quality management.
Possesses a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in management, business or a technical field related to engineering, construction, or IT.
Possesses a minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing projects including at least five (5) years of experience with technical projects.
Proficient with MS Office Suite, including MS Project.
Must possess a current Secret DOD Security clearance.
In depth knowledge of USAF Physical Security regulations and electronic security system siting guidelines.
Certifications in annunciator systems such as Honeywell Vindicator, WillBurt Predator Elite, Advantor, Hirsch, AMAG, Lenel, and Software House.
Professional certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Physical Security Professional (PSP).
