Duties and Responsibilities:

You will help champion agency-wide knowledge sharing so that the organization knows how information is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders. As a Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst, you will:

  • Promote knowledge sharing through your branches operational business process and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
  • Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Knowledge Management Practices and Processes
  • Assist in fine tuning and improving business processes
  • Assist in adopting best knowledge management practices
  • Have the ability to train other divisions on how to implement KM effectively and efficiently by:
  • Sharing experiences across communities of practice, business units, and networks on innovative approaches in knowledge management, including preparation of case studies
  • Helping disseminate information about a knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, including organizing knowledge sharing events (such as knowledge fairs, site visits, interviews), maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations.
  • Provide adoption support by means of communities of practice, including workshops, one-on-one guidance, and troubleshooting
  • Help monitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program, including external benchmarking and evaluation programs/opportunities;
  • Be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Possess strong liaison skills, demonstrated through experience in the IC or at a CCMD

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:  

  • Current TS/SCI clearance and Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
  • At least three years of experience as a Knowledge Manager or Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience working with software development projects using Agile practices
  • Experience working with intelligence analysts and/or understanding of intelligence analysis tradecraft is preferred
