The CACI, Inc. National Services Business Group has an immediate opening for a motivated Senior Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Instructors. This role is primarily based at the Headquarters for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) at Bolling Air Force Base in support of the Academy for Defense Intelligence. This effort offers the opportunity to work with a small team of seasoned professionals who provide course development input, advanced instruction, and mentorship.

Candidates will be able to:
Design, publish and present instructional lessons.
Serve as Seminar Directors and provide mentoring to students.
Coordinate guest lecturers and ensure that their materials meet stringent academic standards.
Serve as Course Directors, when designated, to administer, evaluate, synchronize and manage blocks or instruction in the curriculum
Facilitate, manage and evaluate practical exercise to ensure comprehension and skills retention.
Fully understand and actively support the academic accreditation process.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Accredited Level 1 HUMINT Collector with certification from one of the nationally recognized course: MOTC/FTC; AFCITC; ASOT III; ASOC; AMSOC
6 years relevant operational experience with full operational cycle direct involvement
Can instruct with authority over the entire range of HUMINT enabling training principles, to include, National Level HUMINT operations (Title 50) and Military Source Operations (Title 10)
Design, publish and present instructional lessons
Coordinate lectures and guest speakers
Sufficiently fit to walk long distances (six miles) in support of exercises over varying terrain in urban and rural environments during extreme weather (heat, rain or snow)
Valid State Driver’s License to lead or participate in practical exercises

Previous instructor experience
Recent operational experience
Degree highly desired
