CACI is pursuing the prime contract for the development and integration of a large Personnel and Pay systems integration effort. The program is an ACAT-1 level program with high visibility within CACI's large portfolio of enterprise business systems and Human Capital management solution programs. The system is a future Web-based, integrated Air Force Enterprise Human Resources (HR) and Payroll solution designed to alleviate the customer's current reliance on stove-piped HR systems and payroll interfaces that do not efficiently share information with one another. The system will provide a centralized resource for employees, managers, and HR Professionals to better manage personnel and pay information, helping the Airmen focus more on mission needs.

Computer systems expert on assignments that typically involve the establishment of a framework for new automated systems where concern is with overall structure involving life cycle involvement ranging from the conduct of feasibility studies to post- implementation evaluation; from several possible approaches. Projections are required from inconclusive workload data; technological advances are usually untried at the scale to which application is required; integration with existing systems is required. Design criteria must be established to accommodate changes in legislation, mission, or functional program requirements. Duties require board knowledge of data sources; data flow, system interactions, advanced computer equipment and software applications, and advanced systems design techniques to develop solutions to unyielding complex problems and to advise policy making officials on systems design.
Analyze and document user needs, existing and new policies, processes, procedures and operational methods to consider possible improvements to new and existing systems.
Should work with customer and other partners to document legacy system data mappings and convert legacy data to the target Oracle EBS format
Assist the team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM, Global Payroll and other third party/custom solutions as necessary
Utilize elicitation techniques to understand business processes and translate into system requirements and/or development of systems solutions.
Define and document business requirements and test cases for system developments. May include the writing of all or a portion of functional specifications.
Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Problem solve in areas such as system design, input/output requirements and procedural flow between departments and/or business systems.
Support application design, configuration, deployment, and security setup activities as needed
Review and comment on proposed functional/capability configuration for each of the product modules
Provide feedback on system and functional design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifacts
Support fit/gap analysis activities and actively support application design and implementation of identified RICE-W objects
Should help develop instructional materials, training and job aids.
Perform testing of new systems, upgrades and patching of existing systems; may include developing test plans. Conduct and document results of testing.
Should develop Oracle workflows using Oracle Workflow builder or Approval Management Engine (AME)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree from an accredited university
Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance
7+ Years of IT experience, with at least 5 years’ experience and deep experience with the implementation, integration, and deployment of Oracle EBS HCM and Payroll solutions.
Well versed in the design, implementation, test and deployment of Oracle EBS HCM and Global Payroll products version 12.2 or higher
Oracle HR/Payroll experience including specific expertise with Oracle Fast Formulas, Continuous Calculation Engine, and Payroll dashboard features to design a highly scalable and configurable Payroll Rules Engine
Experience integrating Payroll processing with external financial, banking, and benefits provider systems.
Experience integrating with Oracle e-Business Financials applications.
Technical proficiency in developing user reports using OBIEE
Technical proficiency with SQL for reviewing data, troubleshooting and testing/validating source system data.
Experience with Oracle Workflow / Approval Management Engine (AME)
Experience with gathering reporting requirements and conducting “map and gap” analysis/assessment
Experience as a functional in configuration of Oracle EBS HR/Payroll for an organization that use Oracle HCM and Payroll as an integrated ERP suite, where at least one of the successful implementations processes payroll for an organization of at least 500 employees.
Experience in Oracle GL, Sub ledger Accounting
Experience in delivering systems for Public Sector, Federal Civilian Government, and/or Department of Defense (DoD) customers
Experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle EBS Payroll & HR Analytics Reports and Dashboard solutions.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Team player with the ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
