What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting. Requirements may include: program cost control and management using cost baselines, revenue and profit recognition and forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations, and program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure and billing set up.
More About the Role:
Provide financial planning and analysis for at multiple complex projects. The position will support the PM and project from a CACI office in Northern Virginia. Responsible for development of yearly financial plan and monthly rolling forecasts, as well as tracking progress towards targets. Develop and maintain forecast .Ensure accurate estimates of CACI and subcontractor labor as well as other direct cost expenditures by participating in monthly financial reviews with program managers and project finance staff. Provide estimates of revenue and pre-tax profit impacts for potential risk and upsides to current forecast. Complete month end close analysis review of revenue, expenses and client invoice. Research and analyze variances and items impacting financial performance and profitability. Support set up and documentation of internal and client project kick off meetings. Ensure Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) supports invoicing and reporting requirements. Build tools to track program expenditures against contract funding and maintain cost to complete (CTC) and estimate at completion (EAC) estimates. Support contract specific financial reporting requirements. Initiate and track material and subcontractor execution in CACI’s procurement database (P2P). Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices. Compile financial information and records for the execution and tracking of monthly program reviews (PMRs), subcontractor accruals, Risk Level Assessments (RLA), Inter-Segment Work Authorizations (ISWA), Accounts Receivable (AR) actions and procurement requisitions. Collaborate with pricing, contracts, procurement, and accounting departments to ensure compliance is maintained for all contracts. Prepare various weekly/monthly status reports for project managers and upper management. Respond to routine and specific financial data calls. Act as liaison with other CACI departments and outside agencies.
