Job Description

CACI is seeking a Technical Exploitation All-Source Analyst to work at our customer site at Ft Bragg, NC. 


This is a junior to mid-level All Source Analyst position supporting USSOCOM at Fort Bragg, NC. Primary duties include data management, data discovery, data structure analysis, data flow management, all-source analysis, product creation, and product dissemination, in order to support USSOCOM and their partners interests.  
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interact daily with supervisors and supported special operations units.
  • Be able to answer Requests for Information (RFI), in a timely and accurate manner through either oral or written median.
  • Manage data flow and maintain accurate data trackers through OneNote, Excel, or similar data tracking tools to support accurate and timely dissemination of the customers approved data.
  • Review raw image files of CEM/SSE and be able to determine if data is a forensically sound image to support MEDEX operations.  
  • Conduct analysis of MEDEX reports and generate all-source analytical products.
  • Coordinate with the customer and their partners to generate serialized reporting and report de-confliction.
  • Coordinate with the customer and their partners to ensure customer products include the relevant data for widest dissemination within DOD channels.
  • Provide daily updates to the customer and their partners that detail data processing line of efforts to include receiving or updating any products relevant to those efforts.
  • Interface with media examiners and IT technicians to provide recommendations and solutions to the customer in order to streamline data and report dissemination methods.
  • Research, develop, and present all-source intelligence products with the intent for dissemination at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
  • This position has a rotational travel requirement 25% of the year with periodic extensions when required. During non-travel times, you will support the customer site at Fort Bragg, NC.

Required:

  • A DOD Top Secret Security Clearance with DCID 6/4 eligibility
  • Experience in all Microsoft applications specifically Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Deployment ready on short notice
  • Minimum of eight years of experience within DoD or equivalent with Government agencies, with five years at the operational level in an all-source analyst role or similar.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills and be capable of effectively directing subordinates
  • Ability to function as a member of a team while also capable of operation alone with little to no supervision or constant guidance
  • Strong  background understanding technical exploitation into all source intelligence products
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Analyst Notebook or other Link Analysis software
  • Google Earth/ArcGIS/Geospatial tool
  • DX/ICReach

Desired:

  • Formal Computer Forensics/Investigation training/All-Source Analysis
  • Experience conducting MEDEX operations
  • Experience or formal training in Biometric/Forensic Systems, collections, and databases/architecture
  • Knowledge of how Technical Exploitation enables the Intelligence Cycle
  • Military background and experience with Special Operations.
