Summary:  

Lead team focused on the evaluation of cyber operation capabilities , interfacing with senior military leaders work closely with both internal and external program managers to ensure deliverable requirements are met; support development and implementation of training to uniformed service members. This is a supervisory role which will require conducting employee evaluations and reviews.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements
  • Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities
  • Manages the intelligence design direction of a project through implementation and follow up in accordance with project objectives
  • Responsible for the employment, training, motivation, discipline and performance evaluation of assigned employees
  • Acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals
  • Participates in planning and policy development issues
  • Requires subject matter expertise
  • Selects and hires employees
  • Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases, bonuses and promotions following corporate and project policies and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Requirements:

  • BS Degree in technical or management related degree with 3 or more years associated experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic cyber technology and resources
  • Experience working in the IC is desired
  • Knowledge of system administration, networking, and programming is preferred

Desired Qualifications:

  • Offensive Cybersecurity
  • Outside job interest in security
  • Experience with Mobile development.
  • Experience with software reverse engineering.
  • Experience with software testing
  • Signal Engineering
  • Experience with embedded development.
