The Systems Integrator is the lead team member of the customer’s division level Front Office who works in close coordination with group level managers and teammates.
This position serves as a focal point for communications, action items entering and exiting the division. The System Integrator is responsible for organizing, controlling and executing all Front Office activities, under the direction the Chief and Branch Managers. Therefore, the individual in this position must also possess stellar interpersonal skills to interact with immediate colleagues of all demographics and professional levels.
More About the Role:
Ensuing all customers’ business needs are met by maintaining up-to-date records, providing various office management and administrative duties, scheduling, tracking action items and deliverables. Some tasks will require coordination with group level managers. Position is responsible for all Front Office communications, completeness of information and/or data being submitted to group level, and tasking out items to branches within division. Position works in a largely independent capacity in close coordination with customers and teammates.
Individual must be able to create professional grade graphics, visual aids, and technical briefings to enhance Division’s communication to stakeholders, as well as be able to write professional grade accomplishment and impact statements. Will assist in the facilitation of Division meetings; i.e., creating meeting agendas, invitations, minutes, setting up of VTC.
Provide SI functions:
Maintain proper coverage schedules
Recommend and develop new processes and procedures to assist the organization in meeting critical time constraints and thresholds
Represent the customer and the program at meetings (as needed)
Develop and prepare division-wide metrics and metrics reports
Represent division policies and procedures to customers and in Technical Exchange Meetings
Utilize existing skills and knowledge to troubleshoot problems encountered by the monitoring software engineers with monitoring tools
Apply expertise to take the appropriate action to help maintain system availability
Maintain the accuracy of all data with external organizations (Lotus Notes database and SharePoint site)
Continue to develop state-of-the-art knowledge and skills as required for the evolving technical environment
Follow-up on and provide resolution to Division Action Items, Discrepancy Reports entered by the monitoring Software Engineers
Support other Division integration tasks (as needed)
Create and modify technical documentation as necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Should have a technical degree, relevant certifications, or extensive experience in SharePoint, MS office products, and graphics design.
Must be a self-starter who is capable of working independently or as part of a team, and must also be open to direction as it relates to assigned efforts.
Must be able to work against sometimes short deadlines and must be able to convert sometimes obscure requirements into finished products.
Must also be capable of and willing to assist with the creation of program-level documentation as needed.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: ITIL Certification
